Jigzi Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Garg Capital Group LLC, the operator of Jigzi (“Jigzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Jigzi mobile application, website at jigzi.app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the Service and enter into these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.
Certain features, including syncing puzzles, publishing public puzzles, and participating in races, may require an account and internet connection.
2. License to Use Jigzi
Subject to these Terms, Jigzi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control for personal use.
You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits you to:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app;
- modify or create derivative works from the app;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code;
- interfere with or circumvent security or technical protections of the Service; or
- use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that interferes with its operation.
Jigzi and its licensors retain all rights in the app and Service that are not expressly granted to you.
3. Your Photos, Puzzles, and Other Content
You retain ownership of photos, images, puzzle information, and other content that you upload or create through Jigzi (“User Content”).
You grant Jigzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, crop, divide into puzzle pieces, display, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.
For example, this license allows us to store your images using our cloud infrastructure, create playable jigsaw puzzles from them, synchronize your puzzles between devices, and maintain backups necessary to operate the Service.
Private Content. If a puzzle is private, we use its User Content only as necessary to provide the Service to you and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Public and Shared Content. If you make a puzzle Public, you authorize Jigzi to display and make that puzzle and its associated User Content available to other Jigzi users.
If you share a puzzle with another person or invite someone to participate in a race, you authorize Jigzi to make the puzzle and associated User Content available to those participants as necessary to provide that feature.
Your license to Jigzi for User Content generally ends when that content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or content that you have shared and that remains legitimately accessible to another user.
4. Your Responsibility for Content
You may upload or create puzzles only from content that you own or have sufficient permission or legal rights to use.
You represent that your User Content and your use of it through Jigzi will not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Jigzi does not obtain ownership of your photos merely because you upload them.
5. Prohibited and Objectionable Content
You may not upload, publish, share, or use Jigzi to distribute content that:
- is unlawful;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic;
- exploits or sexualizes minors;
- promotes hatred or violence against protected groups;
- seriously threatens, harasses, or abuses another person;
- violates another person's privacy;
- infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
- impersonates another person in a deceptive or harmful manner;
- contains malware or malicious code; or
- is otherwise used to abuse, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
We may review reports, restrict access to content, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Jigzi. Puzzle titles are screened when they are saved, and any published puzzle or person can be reported from inside the app. We aim to review every report and remove content that breaks these rules within 24 hours of it being reported, and we may eject the account responsible. A puzzle reported for nudity, violence or hatred is hidden immediately, before a person reviews it.
You can also block another person at any time, which hides their puzzles from you. Your blocked list, and the report tool, are at jigzi.app/moderate.
If you encounter objectionable content, please report it to support@jigzi.app or through any reporting functionality provided in the Service.
6. Public Puzzles and Community Features
Content marked Public may be viewed and played by other users. Do not make a puzzle Public if you do not want other people to see the associated image or content.
Public availability does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Jigzi or to other players.
Other users may not download, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit your User Content outside functionality expressly provided by Jigzi unless they independently have the right to do so.
We do not guarantee that every Public puzzle will remain available or appear in discovery, recommendations, search results, or other areas of the Service.
7. Puzzle Races
Jigzi may allow users to invite others to races or other multiplayer activities.
You agree to participate fairly and not manipulate results, interfere with other participants, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or otherwise compromise the integrity of a race.
We may modify, invalidate, or remove results where we reasonably believe abuse or technical errors affected a race.
Unless Jigzi expressly states otherwise, races are for entertainment and do not involve gambling or prizes of monetary value.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights.
If you believe content available through Jigzi infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at support@jigzi.app and provide enough information for us to identify the content and evaluate your complaint.
We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights where appropriate.
9. Storage and Availability
Jigzi may use third-party cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services, to store and process information necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is not intended to be your permanent or sole storage location for photographs or other important files. Keep your original copies of any photos or content you care about.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that User Content will never be lost or damaged.
10. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Jigzi from time to time.
We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
11. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using Jigzi at any time.
If account deletion is available through the Service, you may request deletion using that functionality or by contacting us.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risks for Jigzi or other users, or use the Service unlawfully.
Termination ends your license to use the Service, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and disputes—will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
JIGZI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JIGZI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, infrastructure, websites, or software. Jigzi is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Jigzi through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Jigzi, not Apple, and Jigzi—not Apple—is responsible for the app and its content.
Your use of the app must comply with the applicable App Store terms.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Jigzi.
To the extent any warranty applies that cannot legally be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the app as provided by Apple's applicable terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding Jigzi.
Jigzi, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar laws.
If a third party claims that Jigzi or your possession and use of Jigzi infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, Jigzi—not Apple—will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim as required by these Terms and applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and that you are not listed on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your licensed use of the iOS app and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce the applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15A. Google Play Terms
If you download Jigzi through Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Jigzi, not Google, and Jigzi—not Google—is responsible for the app and its content. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Jigzi.
Your use of the app must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and any applicable device usage rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Google has no warranty obligation regarding Jigzi and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it.
